[07/05/2009] An updated end-user licence agreement has been published

A revised version of the IUCLID 5 end-user licence agreement has been published on the IUCLID website (http://iuclid.echa.europa.eu/download/documents/licence/IUCLID5_licence_v2.0.pdf). This new document has been prepared mainly to permit users to use IUCLID 5 validly with the Web Services functionality that will be made available soon on the IUCLID website.

We would like to draw the attention of the user to the fact that this modified version of the end-user agreement is binding upon all current users of IUCLID 5 as from the date of publication. New users of IUCLID 5 or current users intending to make use of Web Services will be specifically requested to accept these terms before downloading the application.
