[09/08/2010] IUCLID 5.2.2 is now available
IUCLID 5.2.2 replaces the previous version 5.2.1 and resolves the compatibility issue introduced in that version.
[28/07/2010] Compatibility issue in IUCLID 5.2.1
We unfortunately discovered an unexpected compatibility issue between IUCLID 5.2.0 and the new version 5.2.1. Version 5.2.1 is currently not available for downloading due to this reason. A solution is being developed for this issue, and it should become available early next week. We apologise for any inconvenience that this might cause. All users that downloaded IUCLID 5.2.1 will be contacted with further information and instructions.

The Technical Completeness Check (TCC) and the Chemical Safety Report (CSR) plugins for IUCLID 5.2 were published respectively on 22 March and 23 April 2010. Since then, thanks to valuable feedback from users, we have been able to fix some errors and make some improvements.

Chesar is a tool to help companies to prepare their Chemical Safety Assessments (CSA) and Chemical Safety Reports (CSR) which are required by the REACH regulation for substances manufactured or imported at a volume above 10 tonnes per year.

Two new plugins providing new functionalities are now available for IUCLID 5. The Bulk Export plug-in and the Exchange Literature References plug-ins can be downloaded free of charge from the IUCLID 5 website.

A new version of the EC inventory (version 1.1) is now available for downloading at the IUCLID website.
[26/03/2009] Support for the preparation of a Chemical Safety Report: the CSR plugin is now available on the IUCLID website.
Registration dossiers for substances manufactured/imported above 10 tons/year shall include a Chemical Safety Report (CSR). In order to help in the preparation of section 1 to 7 of the CSR, a plug-in has been implemented in IUCLID (for version 5.1). These sections of the CSR cover the identity of the substance, its physical and chemical properties, information on manufacture and use, classification and labelling of the substance as well as the hazard assessment.
